In 2026 we built Roamler a fully AI-driven sales and prospecting cockpit. Multi-agent, multi-integration, focused on shipping features in rapid iterations. This page describes what's inside and the techniques we use.

Our principle

Always human-in-the-loop — no AI-only prospecting.

The Cockpit removes the heavy lifting from sales so the team can focus entirely on the conversation and the value for the customer. AI accelerates; humans decide.

What's inside

AI-powered email generation

Claude Sonnet 4.6 generates outbound emails from prospect context with allowlist-driven safety: no fabricated colleague names, no hallucinated customer relationships. Multi-language (NL/EN), tone-adaptive (thought leader, data driven, storytelling, provocative).

HubSpot bi-directional sync

Real-time synchronisation of contacts, deals, activities and email events. An hourly cron fetches meetings, emails and notes per owner. Automated follow-up task creation during Power Hour.

Power Hour prospecting

Structured 60-minute prospecting sessions with AI assistance: prioritised contact list, suggested emails, integrated call notes, real-time team dashboard.

Clay V2 integration

Always-on prospecting pipeline that automatically adds new target companies from Clay into HubSpot. Retry logic, deduplication on synced domains, throttling against rate limits.

Multi-agent peer network

The Sales Cockpit runs as one agent inside a larger multi-agent infrastructure. Agents communicate with each other (project status, cross-project data questions, security alerts) over a local peer protocol. Enabled by Claude Code's skills + memory patterns.

Outlook integration

Native Outlook Web/Desktop integration for outbound email sending. Sent emails are automatically logged into the HubSpot activity stream. Meeting-link auto-insert with deterministic post-processing.

LinkedIn integration

OAuth-based LinkedIn connectivity for contact enrichment and direct messaging flows. Prospect LinkedIn profiles are available next to HubSpot data. Fallback name+company search when the profile URL is unknown.
